Foie Gras, Specialty meat, Poultry, and Game birds. We represent a group of farms in Sullivan County, NY that grow heritage breeds of Chickens, Poussin, Partridge, Quail, Rabbit, Moulard Duck, and Foie Gras. Our Farms have been producing wholesome poultry for over 25 years.

In our Kitchen, we bring you our unique and famous Smoked Duck Drumettes, Pastrami Duck Breast, Corned Duck Breast, Duck Breast Proscuitto and Confit Legs. To compliment the line, we also slowly smoke our Magret Duck and Chicken Breasts with Hickory and Apple wood.
Our free roaming farms in Sullivan County, New York have been raising natural chicken since 1982. They take twice as long to reach maturity (approx. 12 weeks) over commercial birds and are fed a special diet of corn, canola seeds, and soybeans.
