BESLEN MAKARNA, Gaziantep Organize Sanayi Bölgesinde İsviçre ve İtalyan teknolojisi ile kurulmuş ve 1978 yılından bugüne Türk Ekonomisine hizmet vermeye devam etmektedir. Kısa sürede gerçekleştirdiği yatırımları ile, 400 ton/gün buğday işleme, 175 ton/gün makarna üretim kapasitesine sahip olan tesis, Türkiye’nin önde gelen üretici firmalarından birisidir.

Bugüne kadar makarnanın ilk yaratıcısını tespit etmek için çok sayıda araştırma yapılmıştır. Bu araştırmalarda İtalyanların milliyetçilik duyguları ayrıca büyük bir rol oynamaktadır.
