I trust you are well.

My name is Vaughn and I am a new customer of yours. I came across your products on the internet and have since done a substantial upgrade to my home.

I wanted to let you know that although your product is of excellent quality, I found the service and professionalism I received from Kristen Wendt absolutely refreshing. From product knowledge (having to educate a novice like me) to efficiency in processing orders, to having the material sourced from other provinces and being delivered before I expected it. I really can’t thank Kristen enough.

It is rare these days to experience such a high level of customer service and I feel compelled to thank you her and you for a great example of how to do business.

Have a blessed Christmas.

Kind regards, Vaughn Abdinor

Hi Kristen and Best Deck

We are enjoying our deck  it is thus performing well here in our harsh Mozambique climate

In copy is a friend of mine, Craig Lawrence,  that saw our deck and decided to replace his deck with the same product I bought from you.

Craig will be in contact with me etc. Also  it will be great if you can also provide Craig with your composite coping solutions in the same product.

Thanks again and we look forward to using your amazing product again in the very near future.

Kobus van der Westhuyzen

Our deck was installed 6yrs ago by previous owners. There were some issues with it but after contacting Best Deck they have returned and repaired everything under guarantee. Excellent service and a lovely team that have corrected previous problems. I am very impressed and amazed that a guarantee was honoured so quickly and with no drama. I am impressed with the service especially considering that I was not the original costumer. Well done and thank you.

Hi Stuart and the Best Deck Team

Firstly , I would like to thank you for your amazing service and dedication to customer service and satisfaction notwithstanding the fact that I know how fussy my wife is.

Clearly she has chosen from the many composite decking companies and the ” Best Deck” company was the Rite Choice.

Good morning Best Deck,

Great to hear that you have taken the company to the “next level”.

It was expected after working with you and your company with your Quality products. We have used some other composite products before, None of the products even come close to Best Deck Quality, variety and “add on, s” when compared to yours.

We will await your feedback on the quantities and cost for a full container load.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Kind regards from Zambia

Nico and the guys finished today. We would like to give you some feedback. Nico was fantastic, very professional and innovative. He discovered lots of tree roots in the one area and made a plan to lift the structure in that area so that we would not have problems in the future. The guys who worked with him were also very good and worked at a great pace. We would recommend these guys to anyone. Thank you for a job well done. The finished product looks fantastic

Good morning Kristen,

Hopefully I can request you to come out and measure exactly this week. I will check my work schedule and arrange with you accordingly.

Just a short note to inform you how impressed I am with my whole deck experience.
You came to quote , I then received a second quotation from somebody else to cross check the costing. Then , within 3 days of me giving the go ahead you came and installed.

After 5 days the decks in and it looks wonderful. Full compliments to you and your team !!! Your installation guys were an absolute pleasure , great workmanship and best of all they kept telling me they won’t leave until I’m 100% happy. Customer is King ! Great job and great product.

Dear Best Deck and Arie Meirin

We wish to commend Best Deck ,Arie and his team from Proren Construction on the professional Best Deck installation they did for us at our home in Eagle Canyon Golf Estate in Johannesburg. During the upgrade project of our outside entertainment area we decided to install synthetic decking alongside our pool at our home. We phoned around for quotations and BEST DECK referred Arie Meiring to us.

He was quick to call and to come out to the house to see us with a fast turnaround time. What impressed us most was his can-do spirit, competitive pricing , and professional approach. Working with him was the logical choice for us.

Arie was on-site during the structural build phase of the project to ensure that the quality his company has become synonymous for is maintained. He was also went above and beyond, giving welcome advice on one of the snags we hit on other elements of our project which was greatly appreciated.

After the structure was built, Eugene and team arrived on site to do the plank installation on the structure. They too worked neatly, and efficiently and went above and beyond to get the job done right.

Truly a business with a heart for customer service.

As truly satisfied customers we would definitely recommend Best Deck , Arie and his team at Proren Construction for any decking installation.

Weer BAIE DANKIE en doen so voort!
Beste groete.
Willemien.

The service I’ve been getting from you and Mark has been fantastic!  You guys are helpful , honest and very professional!

Great to see that there are still companies out there that actually still care. Ive already given your details to a friend of mine that needs a deck .

Thank you for an awesome design and installation of our pool deck.  The workmanship is excellent, your team were very considerate and the job site remained tidy throughout the project. We appreciated the fact that they kept in touch with us about when they’d be here and what they would be doing. I really like the no nails or screws joint system and the structural rigidity of the completed deck.
Its safe to say that the project has exceeded our expectations and our pool area looks amazing.

I called on Best Deck in March 2015 for a quote for pool decking. At first I was sceptical and did a lot of research on the products available. However from the outset Gary was very honest and blunt which I appreciated.  Gary is certainly  a man of integrity. For me it’s about who I am doing business with. If you cannot trust them then don’t bother. Gary stuck to his word and delivered. The workmanship was very professional and neat. His workers are very professional. I was very satisfied with the job done. Thanks Best Deck. I will call on you again.

Thanks to your company for the excellent service provided to us. We are highly pleased with your professional and outstanding service.

I would like to thank Gary Fisher and his very capable team from Fisher Decking for the excellent work they have done at my house. We had two old Koi Ponds covered with composite decking. Then we enlarged our entertainment area with more composite decking.

Thanks to Fisher decking, we now have a lovely outside area ready for the festive season and the sore eye at the entrance to my house is all covered.

The team, consisting of 3 men, was such a pleasure on-site. They worked non-stop and completed the work in no time. They left the site neat and tidy every day.

Thank you Gary and Fisher Decking!

Excellent service and quality product. Workmanship of the installation was done professionally and very neat.
