Biswashankari Shellac Industries is in the business for three generations. Almost 50 Years back LATE B.N.PAUL, at his age of 30 has started this venture at Balarampur, West Bengal, the major hub of Shellac production in India. Now his Sons and Gandsons are holding the fort and expanding the business network both in Domestic as well as International Market.
We are in the business for three generations. For thousands of years India is aware of this natures unique gift to man. operating both in International and Domestic Market.
Shellac is only resin of animal origin and therefore enjoys some special characteristics not found in natural resin from vegetable kingdom.
In the environmentally conscious world of today shellac has been increasingly used in many application areas formerly enjoyed by synthetic resins and polymers.
