Nuestro principal producto es la merluza argentina (Merluccius hubbsi) congelada, tanto en filet interfoliado y HGT como congelado entero. Actualmente nos encontramos incorporando especies como el abadejo (Genypterus Blacodes), corvina (Micropogonias Furnieri) y la pescadilla (Cynoscion Striatus).       

Our main product is frozen hake (Merluccius hubbsi) Filet, Sausages and HGT interleaved or frozen whole,Yellow Croaker, (Micropogonias Furnieri), Sea Trout,
(Cynoscion Striatus), King Clip, (Genypterus Blacodes).

Trabajamos los productos frescos directamente en un nuestras instalaciones,  donde la merluza es fileteada. Posteriormente será congelada en placa a -22 ° grados Celcius.

El filet es congelado en bloques a una temperatura de -22° grados Celcius.

Realizamos todo el proceso de nuestro producto, desde la carga del entero fresco, fileteado y congelado para luego exportar.
