BMB HOLDING is a diversified private investment and industrial holding company established in Uzbekistan in 2017. The Group comprises 32 enterprises, including subsidiaries and joint ventures, operating across agribusiness, food processing, agrologistics, international trade, tourism and hospitality, construction, infrastructure and other strategic sectors.
The Holding has developed an integrated agricultural value chain covering the full cycle from cultivation and procurement of agricultural products to processing, packaging, storage, logistics and international distribution. Its agricultural portfolio includes fruits and vegetables, legumes, saffron and other agricultural products, as well as processed and value-added food products. BMB HOLDING supplies products to international markets across Europe, Asia, North America and other regions, maintaining business relations with foreign partners in more than 20 countries. The Holding has also invested in the development of large-scale agrologistics infrastructure. Its BMB-NRC Agrologistics complex provides facilities for the storage, sorting, processing, packaging and distribution of agricultural products, with a stated annual processing capacity of up to 810,000 tons.
BMB HOLDING employs approximately 6,500 permanent employees and provides employment for up to 80,000 seasonal workers.
