At BAT, we have set ourselves the aim of Building a Smokeless World by actively migrating smokers from cigarettes to smokeless products.
One week after BAT launched its major global initiative to make a Smokeless World a reality, Dr Elaine Round, Global Head of Life Sciences at BAT, presented Omni™ at the Global Tobacco and Nicotine Forum (GTNF) in Athens, Greece - the world’s leading annual conference discussing the future of the tobacco and nicotine industries.
BAT now notes the court-appointed mediator’s and monitor’s plan of compromise and arrangement, which has been filed in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice. The plan resolves all Canadian tobacco litigation and provides a full and comprehensive release to Imperial, BAT and all related entities for all tobacco claims.
The 2024 CORESTA Congress – the world’s leading conference on tobacco and related product science - was hosted by BAT in Edinburgh from 13 – 17 October
