In a bid to reduce our organisation’s carbon footprint we are implementing a solar panel system. Our project has been a part funded by Low Carbon Dorset as a part of the UK Government Shared Prosperity Fund and will save over 27.129 tonnes CO2 each year. A decade later, Brookes Bacon was established as a sliced and pre-packed bacon supplier. The Dorset based company produces around 50 tonnes of bacon every week for customers across the UK.
