Great products and service
Great choice of top quality drinks. Communication excellent with fast delivery and quality protective packaging. Can’t fault this company.
Great place for all the best wines and spirits got all you need good service 😀
It was the perfect first experience of a wine tasting for me, with excellent wine and great company!! Would 100% go back.
Fantastic service, placed an online order received great communication emails from Brunswick Fine Wines and then the courier they used also provided collection and shipping updates regularly. Will certainly be ordering again!
Per review also left on Trustpilot, highly recommended. Excellent selection, excellent fulfilment and great after-sales support. Followed up the order with thanks, and a request to understand a little more about my wine preferences. So rarely happens, and generally only by independent merchants that are committed to what they do, and how they do it. Will definitely buy again from Brunswick.
A real asset to the city - a great range of wine and the staff are only too happy to help a novice like me pick something out. Their monthly tastings are not to be missed either
Excellent choice of wines, both in bond and duty paid. Delivery was quick and I was well informed as to my orders whereabouts at all times. I was even given a courtesy call the day following my order placement to inform me that the team were to be in Tuscany (which I was aware of as a recipient of their newsletter) and that my order was to be slightly later than their usual turn around time. Bottles arrived well packaged and earlier than expected with the discussed delay due to the Tuscany trip. Would recommend to anyone looking for great wine for any occasion/collection
Excellent wine list, excellent service - I’ll certainly be using them again in the future
A really good find for purchasing wine. Pleasant experience and great range of wines
Excellent customer service, from initial contact by telephone through to delivery of the wine itself. Spoke to both Jamie and Carlos, who were both most helpful, courteous and friendly; easy to use web-site for the order itself, and prompt delivery. All in all, would thoroughly recommend Brunswick Wines
I visited here today with my boyfriend for the first time to get my dad some nice wine for his birthday. I don’t drink alcohol so I wasn’t sure what to get him. I asked the owner for some recommendations and he was very knowledgeable and passionate about wines which made me sure that my dad will like his present. The customer service was excellent as well, he even wrapped it nicely for me and included a bag for free! Highly recommend
I cannot quite recall how I first came across Brunswick Fine Wines, but I'm certainly glad I did. Not only do they offer a fantastic range of wines at competitive market rates but their customer service and engagement is, in my experience, second to none. For many years, I bought wine from a leading regional merchant but never really had any engagement.. not even a 'thank you' for your custom. Brunswick is quite different; my contact Kenny, is always ready to offer very helpful advice and guidance, not to mention a reflection or two on the bottles we have enjoyed! I really cannot recommend BFW enough and only wish I had found them sooner!
Great service! Kenny and the team were so helpful and even shipped my wine into storage elsewhere. Couldn't recommend them enough 👌
I bought a Scotch for my husband’s wedding anniversary gift from them online. They were able to ship to the States which was awesome since I couldn’t find the Scotch in the US. Carlos and his team are amazing! Even though I’ve never been to store in person, Carlos was super helpful answering my questions. I talked to Liam as well since I needed the tracking for my item. They put so much care into packaging the Scotch. I’ve bought a ton of alcohol online before and I’ve never seen this kind of attention to detail. They really made sure it wouldn’t break on the way over here. They also wrapped it in gift wrap which was such a nice touch. Overall, such a great experience ordering from them online. I bet it’s even better in person!
Great customer service from this wonderful wine shop
Good wine company, delivered rare wine within 2 days.
Great service and fast delivery. Thank you
First time ordering from Brunswick. The team (on the phone and via what’s app messenger) were extremely helpful. It was an order at late notice and Brunswick managed to deliver the very next day. What a service! Thanks all 👍🏽
A fantastic experience, my wife, kids and I were on our way back to my wife's families house without a nice wine for dinner, so we went inside and bought a lovely Sancerre. The shop owner was extremely friendly and helpful and even allowed me to try some whiskey that I ended up buying. Everything about going into this shop, talking to the shopkeeper and buying was pure old-fashioned customer service and a top notch experience.
