Woodpellet Industries in Semarang
At the beginning, we start with one line production with total of 2 machineries. Those machineries have capacity of 2 tons per hour.
At that time, lots of inquiries are coming in and we cannot fullfill our customer inquiries. Because of that reason, we just though to expand our factory by investing the second line production. Our second line production was operated in October 2012 with total of 4 new machineries. With both lines production, we have total capacity of 8 tons per hour.
Nevertheless, with both line production, we are still have not enogh production capacity, so we decide to expand our factory as the second times. On this expansion, we invest two more lines production with total of 8 new machineris. By this expansion, we have total capacity of 18 tons per hours.
This is our raw material before the process production started.
Wood pellets are included in renewable energy in the utilization of biomass. This is a type of renewable alternative fuel that is more environmentally friendly, the shape is almost similar to wood briquettes, but the size and adhesive materials are different.
