Many buyers prefer suppliers who offer clear shipping terms like FOB or CIF because they know exactly who handles freight and when delivery happens. Mombasa is a major port in East Africa, making it a key hub for exports to regional markets like Tanzania, Uganda, and Ethiopia. Offering EXW terms means the buyer takes responsibility for loading and shipping, which can reduce costs but also increases risk for the buyer. The fact that only the phone number is verified raises a red flag — buyers should ask for additional proof like business documents or a work email to confirm legitimacy. The lack of verified work email and document verification makes it harder to trust the company's operations or reliability. While the business model includes exporting and wholesaling, the absence of clear transaction terms like T/T or L/C makes it difficult to assess payment safety. Buyers should request more details on how orders are processed and what happens if delivery or quality issues arise.
