Power-sem drive technology is forcuing on the research and design of high-performance IGBT driver and thyristor,the R&D center is siting in the zhongguan cun away from Beijing city center about 27 KM.We are the first supplier in China who have high-performance ASIC for IGBT driver.On the basic of oversea advance experience,bonding the more than 10 years field application experience and with the lastest control technology of power electronic devices, We research and develop the IGBT special driver core(ASIC)chipset and thyristor special driver core all by ourselves.
