Beijing Starlight Science & Technology Development Co. Ltd. was established in 2004 with a focus on developing beauty and medical devices. After an initial two years, that were at times difficult, we decided that we could best serve our clients by concentrating on one specific technology and mastering it. So, with that in mind, Starlight was reordered in 2007 to reflect our specific focus on IPL system technology.
