First known as Singapore Hock Siang Furniture Pte Ltd in 1963. Re-branded as Berdini Furniture Engineering Co. Ltd in 1994 when it moved to China. Berdini offers an exquisite range of innovative and contemporary furniture that will instil a sense of pride and refreshing elegance to enhance the exclusivity of the modern lifestyle. In 1994, the business began operations in the central and technological industrial zone in Wuhan, China and re-branded itself as Berdini Furniture Engineering Co. Ltd. The aim of this expansion was to achieve a lower cost of production without compromising on Berdini's promise of quality. This allows us to contend competitively in an increasingly global market. From 1994 to 2000, Berdini concentrated on establishing its presence in the China domestic market and franchised stores throughout the country. With the goal of fuelling further growth and enhancing synergy between our operations, we had also relocated our headquarters from Singapore to Wuhan in 1997. Since, our business operations gradually expanded and we managed to achieve global proliferation through working alongside re-known partners, with established brand-names in Europe. To facilitate the smooth delivery of our long-term plans, we began construction of our new facilities in 2002. The 30,000 square-metres factory was completed in 2004, and stands on a total land area of 40,000 square-meters. To enhance quality control, we manufacture all our products in the new factory. Since our incorporation, our product offerings have grown to encompass a wider range of products, from sofa beds and steel furnitures to kids sofas, chairs and recliners. At our Factory, we employ state-of-the-art machineries and utilise high-grade materials to ensure our delivery on quality products are met.
