Bill Novak Inc. , a �S� Corporation, Chartered in Ohio, founded in 1997 as a solution to a no longer existing situation, offered, For Sale for the price of a new motor home to test our device for increasing the fuel efficiency of internal combustion engines. The specific description of our corporation is a follows. The corporation is a legal entity existing as a rural mail box on a country road in Jefferson County Ohio, USA. Being unsuccessful at raising capital is presently funded with my monthly gross income of $643.00, my Social Security retirement benefit. No product has ever been sold and there is no other income. My effort is to increase my income by the only means available to me owing to my failing health. The product developed produces hydrogen on board the vehicle using it and may also produce hydrogen at a stationary place, stored, then transferred to a vehicle for consumption. No statics exist as I have three broke down vehicles and not enough money to have them repaired. I am confident that my innovation will prove viable at least for some applications and certainly will not put the petroleum industry out of business.
