Mr. William Lysaght, CPA MBA
Mr. Lysaght has thirty years executive level experience in North America, Europe
and the Asia Pacific regions. After serving in the US Navy during Vietnam he
was discharged in Honolulu Hawaii and pursued his education, obtaining a
Bachelor�?�¢??s in accounting and Masters of Business Administration. While working
for KPMG, an international accounting firm he became a licensed certified public
accountant (CPA).
His career as an executive, entrepreneur and educator has given him in depth
knowledge of three very important industries;
Health Care, Hospitals, clinics, nursing homes and pharmacies.
Hospitality, Hotels, car rental and airlines
Agriculture, Sugar, pineapple and coffee
Most recently Mr. Lysaght retired as Chief Financial Officer of the VA Miami
Healthcare System a large and clinically complex organization serving the medical
needs of US Veteran's in South Florida.
Since retirement, Mr. Lysaght has been pursuing his passion of help aspiring business men and
women realize their dreams of owing their own business through his participation in the Small
Business Administration�?�¢??s SCORE program. In addition, he has been elected to the board of
directors of the Medical Benevolence Foundation (https://www.mbfoundation.org). This
organization focuses on delivering quality healthcare to underserved populations in Africa and the
Caribbean.
He is married to Marcia a prominent healthcare executive. They have six children and fourteen
grandchildren who they enjoy spoiling!!
Our present challenge is to help the small cocoa farmers.in Trinidad and Tobago obtain a proper price for their beans and byproducts through creating a new distribution system.
