Binzhou Head Crankshaft Co., Ltd. is a backbone enterprise which produces combustion engine service parts, It lies in Binzhou City of Shandong Province, on the ban of Yellow River. It's mainly specialized in crankshaft manufacturing, various clutches and casting products are also being made here. It is one company, which has multiple investment bodies. The company has 1,000 employees, 140 of whom are high and middle level technicians.     The company has over 40 years of crankshaft manufacturing history. Over 60 kinds of products that have formed 9 series are available. The annual production capacity of the company is more than 300 thousand crankshafts. And some products are exported to America and Southeast Asia. An advanced sand treatment production line that has sand mould and resin sand mould was built. It is one base for more than 10 thousand tons of high performance modular casting iron including QT900?2, QT800?3 and heat treatment.     Binzhou Head Crankshaft Co., Ltd. has an advanced quality assurance system. The company has obtained ISO9002:1994 quality system certificate in 1998 , ISO9001?2000 quality system certificate in 2002 and ISO/TS16949:2002 quality system certificate in 2005. Production in the company is organized according to international standard. Computer management, PC control and automatic measurement are widely used in the manufacturing process.     From 2003, we are setting up a new area of Head Crankshaft Co., Ltd. in Binzhou Economic Development Zone. It covers an area of 330,000 sq.m. The total investment is 500 million RMB and the construction period is 4 years. We will build 25 new crankshaft production lines and a casting production line which is a case for 100 thousand tons of high performance nodular cast iron. On that time, the annual production ability of the company will reach 500 thousand crankshafts and our sales income will be one billion yuan.
