We are the first large scale manufacturer of hollow-drilled door cores in China. As a member of the Wooden Door Sub-committee of China Timber Distribution Association, we have up- to-date self-IPR-owned PIC extruding production lines for hollow-drilled door cores, with the annual output capacity of 100,000 cubic meters, our volume is still rising.We adapt high quality wooden cores and environment friendly glue to produce hollow-drilled door cores which are in conformity with the standards of GB Grade E2 or European Grade E1,and all of our products have passed the supervision and testing executed by the State Bureau of Forestry. Our product is featured as light in weight, sound insulation, anti-impact, heat preservation and stable in dimensions. The product reserves the virtues of wood and gets rid of its weak points such as shrinking after drying while swelling after being wet. It is indeed an ideal green and environment friendly replacement to solid wood door cores.
