Good morning, My name is Jason Anast and I am an independent consultant representing various scrap metal companies in Turkey. We are currently in the process of looking for new and reliable suppliers. As you may know, Turkish scrap metal market is actually the biggest in the world since 2007 with around 12% of the world�s imports - 17 million tons of scrap steel alone per year (2008). Turkish companies are actually buying most of the scrap around the Mediterranean basin and beyond. But they are always looking for more. My teams goal, and mine, is to find a reliable supplier that we can build a long standing partnership with and meet our long term goals. The metals we are interested in for the Turkish market are: Scrap : steel all types �HMS 1&2, used rails etc-, shredded steel scrap, aluminum all types and copper.
