Brico Industry Co., Ltd. established in Taiwan in 1977. We have accumulated more than 40 years of experience in enameled cast iron field.Brico Group is a professional manufacturer of enameled cast iron products with factories in China and Vietnam, also warehouse in Mexico. We combined all the production process from CNC tooling, sand mixing, casting, grinding, enameling, assembly and packaging in our factory. We are using the world's most advanced equipment in our production to ensure the best and consistency quality :For raw material melting, we are using ABP electric furnace, which was imported from Germany.For sand casting process, we are using DISA automatic molding machine and DISA sand mixer, which were imported from Denmark.For enameling, we are using robot spraying lines and roller hearth electric furnace, which was imported from Italy.Not only in production, we also have advanced instruments to support our quality control :For material checking, we have Spectromaxx imported from Germany, which is the spectrometer that can exam the molten iron contents of 5 major and 11 trace elements before our pouring.We also conduct daily in-house impact test and thermal shock test, to ensure the enamel adhesion.We have strong R&D in product design and technique to support customers' product development.
