The main activity of the company is reprocessing factory rejected latex examination gloves and factory rejected latex tape. We reprocess these material into usable raw material for the rubber product manufacturing industries. Our main focus is concentrated in the production of high-grade reprocessed rubber. We produce a unique type of white natural gum rubber, which retains the natural physical properties. The raw material is derived from clean factory reject natural rubber gloves which we obtain from the manufacturer of latex gloves. It has more than 90% dry rubber content (DRC) which is very close to the virgin natural rubber. Our raw material mainly cater for customers whose main concern are to reduce cost of raw material and whilst maintaining the good quality of their finished goods. We produce this rubber as an alternative raw material to rubber product manufacturers who uses SMR20 or SMR-L. We are able to produce as per our customers requirement a consistent quality. Our customers are able to use between 30%-70% of our material depending on their product specification. For the last couple of years up till now, the natural rubber price has continue to rise forcing many rubber manufacturers to remain uncompetitive in the global market. Our product provides these manufacturers a competitive edge to maintain their profit margin and without compromising their quality.
