Business Overview

Avg Response Time

≤ 1h

Budaya Rajapolah Handicraft has been in business since 2004, showing long-term stability and experience in crafting traditional Indonesian products. Their key products — pandan leaves, bamboo crafts, women's bags, clothes boxes, and storage trays — appeal to buyers looking for authentic, sustainable, and culturally rich home or gift items. Being headquartered in Indonesia gives them access to local raw materials and skilled artisans, which helps maintain quality and authenticity. However, the lack of verified phone, work email, and business documents raises concerns about legitimacy and responsiveness — buyers should request additional proof before placing large orders. Without a verified account or official documents, it's harder to trust the business's operations or track communications, which is a common risk in handmade trade.
