Busia Produce dealers multipurpose co-operative society limited

Most suppliers in the Agriculture, Food & Beverage space are either direct producers or processors, but Busia Produce dealers multipurpose co-operative society limited operates as a distributor and wholesaler, which means it connects farmers to buyers across markets. Being headquartered in Uganda gives it access to fertile agricultural regions, especially in the Busia area, where crops like maize and vegetables are grown. The verified phone and account email add a layer of trust, showing the buyer can reach the business directly and verify its contact details. However, the lack of document verification and work email verification raises a red flag — buyers should request additional proof like a business license or tax ID before placing large orders. As a co-operative, it may have strong local relationships, but its structure could mean slower decision-making or less consistent supply. Operating in a wholesale model means it likely serves multiple buyers, so product consistency and delivery reliability are key concerns. Buyers should confirm order history or references before committing to long-term supply.
