Our production activity has been conducted throughout the last few decades following continuous technological innovation and close collaboration with the Research and Development Departments of our main customers. The experience gained from these relationships has brought about the constitution of a very wide range of hydraulic components, whose primary target is agricultural, earth-moving, and lifting machinery. In order to accomplish a thorough study of these components, our R&D Team has since 1990 adopted various techniques of three-dimensional solid modeling, assisted by finite element tools and methods, which help our engineers analyze the functionality of the manifolds with respect to the complexity of the project. After the design phase, the production of the monoblocks is carried out by a dozen of brand new computer numerical control milling centers, equipped with vertical or horizontal axis, 2 or 6 pallets, which guarantee a high standard of production and quality. Closely related to the Production Department, Quality Management is responsible for the validation of the products according to the criteria and procedures explicitly specified by the customers; precision is undoubtedly ensured by the use of modern measuring instruments, safely guarded in a room with controlled temperature for maximal accuracy.
