Terms&procedures.

They like to have a minimum order of 100,000 per model.

Delivery is 30 to 45 days after confirmed slc.

Make the slc payable on a top 5 us bank payable in new york.

Procedures:

1. Buyer issues a current icpo&bcl
2. Nokia distributor issues a fco(full corporate offer)proforma invoice and contract after icpo&bcl is issued
3. Buyer submits standby letter of credit for entire lot payable in 1 year&1 day
4. Contract signed and sealed, verified and orders are disbursed at 10,000 or more per month(weeklyif requested)(negotiable)

On the slc, you may open it for half the amount of the order and pay as you go for 6-months.

To prove validity&assurance our supplier which is the nokia distributor will issue a 5 - 10 million dollar performance bond along with the contract.
