All our roasted beans are roasted and packaged fast so to give the freshi flavour Aroma Related to both roast and variety. Most of our taste perception comes from our sense of smell, so the volatile aromatics emitted from brewed coffee play an important role in its taste Aroma develops during roasting, but as the roast starts becoming dark, the carbonized sugars become dominant,. four hundred and fifty fahrenhight=light roast, four hundred and sixty fahrenhigh medium roast, and four hundred and seventy fahrenhight=dark roast. the coffee beans are sealed and packaged so as to keep the freshness inside the sealed packages straight from roasting so as to give the customer a lasting memory of great taste that keeps the customer coming back time and again.
