Business Description

A NICARAGUAN FARMING GROUP

A NICARAGUAN FARMING GROUP

We're a group of coffee farmers from Nicaragua fighting poverty through high-cupping specialty coffee. From our washed to naturals to triple-fermentation carbonic maceration wine yeast naturals, our coffees win awards for roasters every year. Our ripeness team members sleep on every member farm during picking to ensure quality and traceability. After meticulous picking, we spend inordinate efforts on sorting—before depulping, after fermenting, as coffee dries on 1,700 raised beds, on density sorters, with light sensors, and by hand. Our Q graders cup every component of every coffee we ship to our US and European warehouses (customs-cleared), and every coffee is traceable down to the sugar content of cherries and weather on each farm during days of picking.

Business Overview

Avg Response Time

≤ 1h

Most suppliers in this sector offer verified contact details and business documents to build trust with buyers. CAFE GROUP OF MATAGALPA, SA does not have verified email, phone, or documents — this makes it harder for buyers to confirm the company's legitimacy or reach out confidently. While the core products like green coffee, spice, cheese, plantain, and vegetables are common in Central American trade, the lack of verification increases risk for buyers who need to ensure they're dealing with a real, operational business. Buyers should request additional proof, such as a business license or recent invoice, before placing any orders. Without clear contact or documentation, it's difficult to assess reliability, response time, or delivery history. This is especially important when sourcing for export markets where trust and traceability matter.
