Carricante and Nerello Mascalese give raise to two mono-varietal expressions, bursting with authentic scents of Sicilian lands.

Lively and aromatic, Mour is a semi-sparkling organic wine made of 100% Lucido grapes. The aromatic bouquet distinctive of this wine consists of sweet notes of lemon and cedar, with fruit and floral tones.  

The name recalls the Aegadian Islands, a vine-growing area in the past, a charming microcosm rich in history, flavors and natural beauty, where Colomba Bianca intended to invoke the value of the marine nature of the minor islands of Sicily.

Intense, challenging, pleasant. A Grappa Riserva obtained from the pomace of 595 and produced by traditional method. It is distilled with continuous steam operated alembic stills, aging takes place in oak wood for about 18 months.

Aware that the distinctive processes of the terroir play a significant role in the definition of the varietal expression of each vine planted, the Colomba Bianca team has always claimed as “strategic” the choice of combining local varieties with international varieties.

Born to preserve and enhance some of the symbolic vines of the Sicilian winemaking tradition, the ‘Vigne Vecchie’ project takes the form of the selection of medium-aged vineyards, in which some native varieties such as Grillo, Lucido and Perricone, generate a very high yield per plant. reduced, but of very high quality.
