Cyber Investment Scams Disclaimer

It has come to the Company’s notice that certain unscrupulous individuals, groups and/or entities are circulating fabricated letters containing the Company’s name, logo, official letterhead, and digital signature of authorized signatories claiming that shares of the Company are available at a price lower than the prevailing market rates, in an attempt to lure and mislead public and investors into participating in cyber investment scams through WhatsApp, Telegram etc.

The Company hereby notifies that it is illegal to offer such shares at discounted price and the Company never authorises any individuals, groups and/or entities to bid for the Company’s shares at a lower price than the prevailing market price and to offer it for investment of public/ investors.

The public and investors are cautioned against participating in such scams that has nothing to do with the Company. If any public or investor encounters such fake letters or communications promising lower purchase rates than the prevailing market rate of the Company’s shares and promising higher returns therefrom, we request you to disregard it.
