Prille twintigers Dirk Naert en Mieke Vandenberghe volgden hun passie en stampten Chocolaterie Carré uit de grond. Ze kozen voor een nicheproduct: authentieke likeurpralines. Sommigen fronsten: ‘Waarom zo moeilijk? En zo oubollig!’
Want pralines gevuld met likeur, bier, wijn of cocktails zijn niet zo evident om te produceren. Dirk ontwikkelde een eigen procédé dat resulteert in heerlijke smaakcombinaties van chocolade met verschillende soorten likeurvulling. Dankzij innovaties met vullingen op basis van eigentijdse likeuren zoals mojito, whisky of gin tonic zijn de typische pralines met vloeibare vulling zelfs hipper dan ooit! 

Al onze pralines worden met trots gemaakt in België, op basis van echte Belgische chocolade.

Traditionele recepten worden gekoesterd en met hart en ziel omgetoverd tot de heerlijkste pralines.

Likeur omhuld met een suikerkorstje én chocolade volgens eigen receptuur. Een smaakbommetje in de mond.

Als vulling gebruiken we enkel de echte likeuren; geen namaak aroma's. Carré gaat voor de 'real stuff', no fake.
