Our story is built around family. It began in the early 30’s, with our founder arriving to Mexico from Santander and opened the doors of his first grocery store. Since then, we stablished Grupo Abascal at the heart of Mexico City: “La Central De Abastos” the place where we as a company provide comprehensive services by importing, distributing and marketing food products.

Above all, we promise quality. We meet the highest standards and validate them through our certifications: ISO 22000, which ensures food safety throughout the supply chain, and HALAL, which certifies that our products comply with Islamic Law (Sahira) for consumption.

Additionally, we have a food safety lab to ensure that all of our products are up to par.
