Castle MacLellan are now looking for temporary recruits for Christmas 2020.
The lowlands and forests around Dumfries & Galloway are home to all manner of wonderful flavours.
A rich and diverse supply of heathers, world-famous smokeries and local producers provide the inspiration for our traditional recipes, allowing us to dip into the larder on our doorstep.
