CETC Deqing Huaying Electronics Co., Ltd. Was founded in 1978, which is one of enterprises that developed and manufactured crystal materials and SAW filters at the earliest in China. The China Electronics Technology Group Corporation (CETC) is the holding company sharing with its No.26 Institute and No.55 Institute.
