It is with passion and rigor that the SCHAAL chocolatiers’ teams continue the traditional methods of manufacturing French chocolate since 1871.

SCHAAL ‘s chocolate factory has been modernized & has little by little integrated new manufacturing techniques without ever moving away from its original orientation: the creation of high-quality customized chocolate “with an hand finish touch”.

Women & Men work every day to produce the best of our chocolates for your customers. They not only have skills in pastry and chocolate but above a control of the gesture, a respect of the recipe and rigor in hygiene. Some have excelled in their work for over 20 years.

From the ingredients choice to the couverture preparation, with in parallel our hazelnuts cooking, chocolate is treated on a several levels
