We produce UV flexo print quality, polyester, paper pe and aluminium foil pre-cut lids, also known as die-cut lids. We have the largest number of cutting presses in Europe and are constantly developing our products to lead the way in technical advancements.

We are reducing gauge by 28% and offering more sustainable raw materials including RPET with 30% recycled content and paper based lidding structures.

Unique coding, UniXcode®: a unique code is printed on the surface of the die-cut lid and can only be revealed when the lid is peeled back. This reverse mirror print effect can also be used for the inclusion of further promotional information, competitions and other marketing opportunities.

RPET lidding material: uses over 30% recycled content and delivers great optical properties and machine efficiencies.

SMARTembosser™: a unique and innovative embossing system that enhances print quality and increases branding opportunities on foil lids.

Laser score pour spout: a laser etched pouring aperture on lidding that can be used for drinking on the go and pouring without removing the lid.

Paper PE Lid: 70% plus paper based material from FSC PEFC certified renewable sources.  Excellent optical properties and machine performance and low Carbon footprint.
