The high fiber content of Civita pasta is due to the custom-made flour, not added material. Thus, compared to traditional pasta, our pasta contains 3x more fiber. This is great for several reasons: on the one hand, because it has a beneficial effect on intestinal function, thus helping to prevent the development of diseases of the intestinal system and also prevents constipation.
