Great little idea. It's a wonderful addition to salads and other foods like it. The taste is mild, but interesting. They can be eaten on their own as a little appetiser. Nice!

These biscuits have a snap to them and a hint of sweetness, combined with the matcha which brings an undercurrent of flavour that is delightful. They are smaller than an average biscuit and as there's only 6 in a packet are perfect with a cuppa when you need a little boost during the afternoon (or any time!)
Everything that Clearspring produce is always carefully thought through, beautifully packaged and knowing it's all organic mean they are my go to company for many food items.

Recently being diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, it was suggested that this particular tea first thing in the morning could help to control glucose spikes. Well I drink it throughout the day. I love the nutty toasted rice flavour to the tea. My Japanese students first introduced me 30 yrs ago to green tea. Clearspring variety is the only one I drink now. I love it.
