Welcome to Company Milling of the South S.A., the leading company in milling and exporting durum wheat semolina of South America.
Our company vertically integrates all stages of semolina production: genetic development, planting of the grain, collection, and milling of wheat.
Production and Expertise
Genetic Development: Aimed at obtaining varieties that do not require, or minimize, the use of agrochemicals.
Cultivation: Carried out with proper crop rotation to preserve soils and quality of harvest, applying the best agricultural practices.
Collection: We use systems that prevent the use of insecticides for bio-preservation, in accordance with European standards.
Transportation: Utilizes the most advanced technology to minimize fuel consumption and energy needed for unloading. Also, it optimizes transportation quantities.
Milling and Loading of Semolina: Our most innovative technology minimizes energy consumption, optimizes yield and product quality, and minimizes waste, with a recycling system for small waste generated.
Complementing all the above, our Environmental Management System is certified under ISO 14001.
Quality Assurance
We guarantee the origin of all grains processed and milled in our plant. We apply good agricultural practices during cultivation, quality manufacturing practices, and a risk analysis plan with critical control points (HACCP) in the milling process. Our Durum wheat semolina is certified under ISO 22000 / FSSC 22000 standards.
