CUFIC is a supplier of environmentally friendly Food additive - lecithin (E 322) powder from a sunflower. Our lecithin does not consist of GMOs, is hypoallergenic. The main indicators of the lecithin quality:

- Content of substances not soluble in ethyl ether, % , not more then - 1, 5;

- Extracted oil peroxide number, mmol/kg ½ О2, not more then - 5, 0;
- Colour - From yellowish - grey to yellowish -brown. Lecithin is packed in polypropylene bags for 10.00 kg NET.
