Carter Diamond Tool Corp. manufacturers natural and Polycrystaline Diamond (PCD) tipped tools for Turning, Boring, Drilling, Milling of non-ferrous and non-metal materials. For over 80 years we have manufactured standard and custom designed diamond tools. Our diamond and PCD tipped commutator turning tools and bearings are used in the manufacture and repair of motors for hand power tools to large power generators. PCD tipped drills and endmills are ideal for machining most composites, resins, graphites and plastic used in aerospace, automotive, and other industries. Drills are available in jobbers' drill lengths with metric, letter, wire gauge and fractional diameters. Diamond dressers are made to American standard and metric dimensions suitable for surface, O. D. , I. D. , universal, centerless, and most standard grinders. Most tools manufactured by Carter can be returned and reset or resharpened when dull.
