We manufacture custom built textile machinery. We are based in dalton, ga, so all of our equipment is releated to carpet and rugs. We offer machines that produce knotted rug trim. I am the patent holder for this machine. I have sold these machines in Belgium as well as Egypt. I have invented a new type of loom that will weave any material that you might want to weave. Currently, I process my own "shag material", and I manufacture high end shag rugs. I use three different types of yarn for my shag material: 2. 65 / 2 wool, 2. 5 / 2 polyester, and 6 / 2 rayon. By using a variety of yarns, my rugs have depth, texture and character that cannot be matched with a tufting machine. My machines are far, far faster than a group of hand looms. I have woven sisal, sea grass, wool, cotton, rags. . . These rugs are reversible. The 3'x5' rug that I am now producing weighs 5 kilos; however, you can produce any weight that you need.
