Established in 1999, Kevar Plastics was at first a molding company, specialized in fabrication of injection molds, it is created by a molding engineer with more than 20 years of exerience and then as the electric-cycle market developed fast in china, Kevar Plastics went into this niche market. In year 2000 Kevar plastics started the design and fabrication of electric-cycle parts,such as throttles, switches, brakelevers. We are not a huge company but a company who develops step by step. We treasure high quality products and high level of service before&after sales, expanding the sales indefinitely without considering quality and service is never our value. We do quite a lot of job to minimize our MDR(Manufacturing Defect Rate) and PRR(Product Rerurn Rate). We invest semi-auto equipments to increase capacity and set up poka-yoke or Jidoka jigs for fool proof. By this way, we can both reduce defect rate and reduce our cost. Recently, we start to cooperate with our client producer of e-bikes, they produce high quality powerful e-bikes, we become their partners to sell bikes of their Brand "DENZEL"
