- Applications Our dry granulators are suitable for pelleting dry material with its humidity less than 7%. 1.1 Fertilizers: potassium sulphate (SOP), NPK compound fertilizers etc. 1.2. Chemical material: snow melt agent, antioxidant, fire retardant etc. 1.3 Construction material: all kinds of gypsum, e.g. desulfurized gypsum, phosphogysum etc. 2. Output The min.output is 200 kg/h and max. is 4500 kg/h. The bigger is the granule size, the more is the output. 3. Granulating theory Two rollers rotate in reverse, materials between rollers are extruded. They are not smooth surface rollers, they are notched. If little material, they will come down from the gap immediately between rollers without being extruded. 4. Granule shape Irregular shape and oval shape. 5. Price We have five different types of machines. Their price is between 26,000 usd and 120,000 usd.
