Established in 1990, Sunwood Industries Co., Ltd. is the largest tonneau cover manufacturer in China. Located in Changzhou City, close to Shanghai, our company covers an area of 250,000 square feet and employs more than 300 technicians and workers. We have been manufacturing OEM and aftermarket automotive exteriors/interiors for more than 15 years.
Our product lines include fiberglass tonneau covers and soft vinyl tonneau covers. Our annual capacity reaches 30,000pcs of fiberglass tonneau covers and 100,000pcs of soft tonneau covers.
Sunwood is engaged in manufacturing the highest quality tonneau covers in the world. Zero defect is our object. Every worker is trained for 3 months before he becomes an operator. All operators have to be skilled and have full knowledge of quality. Anyone involved in the production has the obligation to reject any component at anytime for quality concerns.
Moreover, Sunwood has a very strong QC team. From material inspection, production process inspection through to final inspection of finished products, each product is examined more than ten times by our inspectors to assure that the quality is perfect.
