Chaoyang Huaxing Wanda Tire Co., Ltd., the former state-run Beipiao Rubber Factory built in 1958, was founded on April 18, 2013 and is located in Beipiao Light Textile Industrial Park of Chaoyang City in Liaoning Province, neighboring the National Highway 101, 6km away from the downtown and 23km from Chaoyang City. We have abundant experience in producing inner tubes and advanced production technologies. Now, with 800 employees (including 18 senior engineers and 235 intermediate- and senior professional technicians), we are capable of producing produces 60,000 butyl inner tubes per day. We are a large privately owned limited liability business group integrating production, supply, marketing and R&D into a whole.We mainly produce butyl rubber car inner tubes, tire flaps, and inner tubes for engineering vehicles. With a total investment of RMB 550 million and industrial land of 150000㎡, we can produce 20 million butyl rubber inner tubes per year, including 17 million inner tubes for trucks per year, 600,000 inner tubes for engineering vehicles per year, 100,000 inner tubes for forklifts, and 12 million flaps per year.We have advanced production equipment and exquisite workmanship, including 36 new high-efficiency mixers, twenty-two 450-type open mills, two 300-type filter machines, and eight 250-type filter machines, five 250-type extruders, six 200-type extruders, twenty-two 560 open mills, four 660 open mills, 8 production lines, 42 inner tube joint machines, 750 inner tube vulcanizing machines, 205 sets of vulcanizing machines, valves one mouth production line and three cold pad production lines are provided by domestic famous brands and Taiwan manufacturers.
