It is complete and well pre-assembled. Just plug in, it will start up immediately when power, water and compressed air are ready. Its configuration and features are as follows: 1. High power, directly coupled motor driven or belt driven. 2. Large capacity hopper with auto-vacuum feeder or spiral feeder. 3. Heavy duty, high efficiency gear reducer with efficient, closed loop liquid cooling and forced lubrication. 4. High performance screw designed by computer according to different plastics, top plasticizing, high output, stable extruding, universal design for multi-purpose processing; and inside water-cooling for special usage, as well as it's unique venting screw for preventing pre-dry. 5.
