Our chenille fabric and panels, as well as our chenille bedding and baby blankets are made from a dense 100% cotton chenille that we feel is color fast and offers little thread loss when washed. It has a rich look, is very soft to the touch, and is easy to work with compared to some of the cheaper chenilles out there on the market. We offer a variety of colors and styles, some with more movement than others, so that it can be used to make everything from heavy bedspreads to light weight summer dresses. We know that our fabric and sewing panels will be used to make heirloom baby items as well, and we want to be sure that our customers begin their projects with only the best chenille available. Chenille Place is a new on line retail business dedicated to those who wish to sew and make craft items from chenille. We are a family run business started by a single mom and her two daughters, all who love the charming look and feel of chenille. Many of our designs and colors are wonderful for nursery and children&＃39;s items, but we would like to suggest that chenille has a wide range of lovely applications.
