China Exact Plastic Co., Ltd manufactures and exports Plastic Injection Products to USA, Canada, European countries. Most of our products are custom molded. China Exact Plastic Co., Ltd has our own Plastic Injection plant, coves 3,000 square meters area. We have 20sets of Plastic Injection molding machines of 8-800T that can produce plastic products from 1gram to 8000gram per piece. Material we used: PVC poly vinyl chloride, PP polypropylene, PE polyethylene polythene, Nylon PA, PC, SBS, TPR, TPE, PU polyurethane, LDPE, HDPE, POM Most of our products are custom molded, used for industry, construction, household, hardware and tools. We produced products including of parts for vehicles and MOTO, such as internal and external accessories, head lights, tail lights, rearview mirrors, handles, bumpers, mud flaps, panels,  and so on; Household products, such as parts of fridge, air-condition, TV set, mobile phone;  telephone, plastic container, plastic box, plastic holder, plastic covers, PE parking mats; Various of PVC floor tiles and PE floor tile used for gymnasium, garage, around poolside, office, school, workshop, shower room, washing room. Also we have our own molds plant. Our mold engineers have skill of using UG, Pro/e, CAD and other 3D design software to design the molds. We have Large CNC machining centers, CNC engraving machines, EDM spark molding machines and Line cutting machines etc to produce the molds. Except plastic injection tooling, we also do compress molded rubber moulds, die-casting moulds, stamping moulds, plastic foaming moulds. We have passed ISO9001:2000 certification.
