Longkou Conglin/German Car Body System Engineering Co., Ltd. (CBSE) is a young jointventure,setting up in the beginning 2003 by Conglin corporation Group and German Company. At present there are 55 staffs working in CBSE. Chandong Conglin Group Corp. is a national class large-scale group company with 18subsidiaries and a fixed asset of RMB2.6billion. Standing from power generating to billet casting, die developing and cutting , profile extruding and carbody building ,the company has formed a complete production chain . The production are tending to be intensified, diversified, informationalized and internationalized .    Longkou Conglin/German Car Body System Engineering Co., Ltd. (Conglin Carbody in brief ) is a high and net-tech company jointly 8000t isothermal extrusion press from Japan for the lager section aluminum extrusions, using the 30m long 5axes machining center from FOOKE Germany and the walking welding robot newly developed by Cloos Germany, as well as the self-development large type bending machine and other tens of middle and small type of numerical control machining centers , the company mainly engaged in manufacturing large carbody module and component for railway and light rail trains . Supported by the company?s provincial technology development center , and academician from the two academies .4 foreign experts ,6 international welding engineer trained in German and 20 operating engineer for numerical control machining center , the company has set up an innovation and developing platform.    The activities of CBSE are welding and processing high quality-requiring industrial Al-profiles and stainless steel profiles by using the high quality industrial AL-profile from Conglin Group. The executing standing for Canbody welding is DIN 6700-2C1. Now CBSE has developed three main processing areas : model processing of  carbody ,processing of medical equipments and high voltage switcher case .
