Choeun Package Co. Ltd.

Choeun Package was established in 15 May 1999 under the company motto of 'We can do it', was incorporated in March 2000 and qualified as prospective small and medium enterprise by the Korea Development Bank in 31 October 2002. Now it is one of the best performing companies in the corrugated cardboard industry. Some say that the rapid, short-term growth Choeun Package was able to make, even though it got into the business comparably late, was a miracle of management or renovation. But we think it was possible because of the strenuous efforts and hard works, often even overnight, of the representative Lee Gi Wan and other staff members. Choeun Package has worked on computerizing the manufacture process from the beginning of business, and has established the office automation (ERP) and manufacture process automation in 2003 with the aids from Small and Medium Business Administration All these efforts resulted in promoting all staff member's high spirit and affection towards the company, efficiency in production and management, less defectives, and customers' full satisfaction. Choeun Package has made a number of new developments and they are currently applied for patent on new designs. These developments include: Clear-printable corrugated cardboard, F-Furrow corrugated cardboard, F&G corrugated cardboard box manufacture, Nude boxes, waterproof corrugated cardboard. We have established joint system for research of new technologies and cooperation. Our researches on new products have not only increased our company's profit but also been a stimulating shock for other companies of the same field. Lee GI Wan, representative of Choeun Package Co., Ltd., is a member of Podori Volunteers' Society and International Lottery Club (North Cheong Ju branch). His good deeds for the community's better welfare include efforts in directing bad students, preventing crimes, and helping people in poverty.
